Marrow Cleansing Sutra

Chinese Zen Buddhism teaches that the Patriarch Bodhidharma went to the Shaolin Temple and passed down two top skills, which are not boxing but physical exercises, that is, health-preserving exercises. One is the Yi Jin Jing and the other is the Marrow Cleansing Sutra. The Shaolin Temple has been destroyed several times, and was burned down in 1928 by Santongtong, a close friend of Feng Yuxiang's army. There are still a few patterns in the old martial arts training ground of Shaolin Temple. Later, a monk discovered the entire book in a secret room in Shaolin, and it came to light again. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious. Any similarity is purely coincidental and should not be imitated.
