An Olympic Champion Visits a Nursing Home and Leaves Deeply Traumatized

Zhou Lin, an Olympic table tennis champion, livestreams a visit to a nursing home.

Seeing the elderly playing table tennis, Zhou Lin excitedly walks over, hoping to show off.

But one of the old men declares that he'll teach Zhou Lin a thing or two.

Zhou Lin smiles, thinking he'll crush the old man in a couple of games, then reveal that he's an Olympic champion and really show off.

Ten minutes later, Zhou Lin stands there in a daze, questioning himself.

The old man has crushed him.

The livestream chat erupts, and the old man instantly takes over the online headlines.

"I'm on Bihu, just got off a plane. Forget it, this old guy is awesome."

"Your grandpa is still your grandpa."

As the buzz keeps growing, national team coach Liu Liang sees the video.

"Whoa, reverse penhold backhand!"
