Di Xin Must Not Die, and Humanity Must Not Fall

Di Xin must not die, and the human way must not perish!

The Cataclysm of the Investiture of the Gods is considered a primordial calamity on the same scale as the Witch-Demon Cataclysm, and it is unavoidable.

If heaven and earth are not to shatter and the Heavenly Dao collapse, measures must be taken.

Thus, under the leadership of Ancestor Hongjun, the Six Saints met and agreed to use the Investiture of the Gods to weather the calamity!

What does it mean to invest the gods?

Overthrow the Human Emperor and extinguish the human way!

The Investiture of the Gods, created jointly by the Saints, is in truth a back door for their disciples and grand-disciples to escape the calamity.

Those whose names appear on the Investiture of the Gods can all avoid the great disaster that will wipe out the human way.

But the ones truly abandoned and sacrificed in this cataclysm are the human race and the human way!

After the Yin and Shang dynasties, there will be no more Human Emperor.

After the Journey to the West, there will be no more Immortal Dao.

As a member of the human race, I, Fang Xuan, will never let the Heavenly Realm have its way. Di Xin must not die, and the human way must not perish!
