The Dragon Soars Across the World

This is the continent of Huaxia, an immensely vast world. In the past, it was divided into nine provinces. Humans occupied seven, while the Beastfolk held the other two. The Beastfolk comprised many different races, and the weaker races served as food for the stronger ones. The law of the jungle was laid bare among the Beastfolk.

Ten thousand years ago, Lingyang, the last human god, passed away. Then the foreign races descended from beyond the world, seeking to destroy humanity and seize the continent of Huaxia. Led by the human sages, humanity fought back in a battle so fierce it shook heaven and earth. It later came to be known as the Battle of the Setting Sun.

The foreign races had too many powerful warriors. Even with the divine weapon left by the Great God Lingyang, humanity was no match for them and ultimately suffered defeat. Several powerful beings of the Sacred Domain fell. For ten thousand years, humanity has been forced to cling to a corner of the world. Now only three provinces remain where humans can survive. Despite standing united for ten thousand years, humanity has only managed to cling to life. The foreign races and Beastfolk could attack at any moment, and humanity's strength has never recovered. With each passing day, things grow worse...
