Online Gaming: Not a Child's Play

A glimmer of light slowly emerged along the dark horizon. The rising sun gradually revealed itself, its rays making it harder and harder to keep one's eyes open. A man clad in tiger-striped, dragon-scaled armor stood atop the city wall. Not a sound came from the empty city. His keen spear pointed diagonally toward the ground, its sharp edge revealed by the morning light. A smile tugged at his lips. The tumultuous life he had longed for surged toward him from beyond the horizon. Countless wavering flames, in a world not yet fully bright, stirred the soul. The young man gave the long spear in his hand a slight shake. His eyes were filled with endless fires and ranks of armored soldiers. Was this really him? He did not know. But he knew this was the outcome he had hoped for. A sharp flash of spear light flared from the lonely city wall. In response came the clanging of countless soldiers and weapons, stretching as far as the eye could see.
