The Characters in My Novel Somehow Got Bound to Their Fans

Also known as My Novel Has Mutated

Lin Yun is an online novelist who has been writing web novels for five years.

One of his works, Slaying Gods, has been serialized on a web-fiction site for five years.

It has many loyal fans who have followed it for all five years, and it has received widespread acclaim.

Strangely, the novel seems to have mutated. Its characters can actually bind themselves to fans, linking the fans’ fates to those of the characters in the web novel.

Now the villains Lin Yun writes are panicking.

“Find someone quickly and make this web novelist stop writing. If he keeps going, I’m really going to die.”

“He won’t stop? Fine, find someone to take him out! Hurry! Whenever a villain gets hurt, I get hurt too. It hurts like hell.”

The heroes have also gone on high alert.

“We have to protect this web novelist at all costs. We can’t let him get hurt, because we’re on the same side.”

A war breaks out in the real world because of a web novel.

Just as the villains move to assassinate Lin Yun, the System activates...
