Pokemon: The Most Evil Being in the World

Pokemon are creatures with the miraculous power to turn decay into wonder. In this world, humans and Pokemon live together in peace, enjoying happy and fulfilling lives.

Is that true? No.

This is still a world that devours people. Without enough money, the League won't even give you the time of day. Getting a starter Pokemon and becoming a trainer is harder than reaching the heavens.

The League has long since rotted from within, and Cang An, reborn into a new life, has gained a profound understanding of the wickedness of those in power.

He wants to change things, overthrow the League, rule the world, and bring it a new beginning?

Is he a good person?

Cang An declares, "I am the greatest evil in the world."
