Great Tang: I Treat You Like a Brother, but You Want to Be My Dad

Su Yi transmigrates to the Tang dynasty and opens a restaurant.

A customer named Old Li often comes to eat and drink with his steward.

Old Li is a pretty good customer and has never once skipped out on his bill.

But there's one thing about him: every time he drinks, he likes to curse the current emperor.

Old Li: "Ever since he took the throne, we've had floods, droughts, locust plagues... disaster after disaster. As far as I'm concerned, he's unworthy of his position. Doesn't he deserve to be cursed?"

Su Yi: "He does."

Old Li: "Brother Su Yi, I think we speak the same language. I have several daughters. Pick one and marry her."

Su Yi: "Old Li, the way you're acting, you sound like a madam... Are you running a brothel?"

Old Li: "Brother Su Yi, I'll come clean. I'm actually the emperor."

Su Yi: "Old Li, if you'd had even one peanut, you wouldn't be this drunk..."
