I Transmigrated into a Buddha Statue, and Someone Asked Me to Fight a Vengeful Ghost from the Start

Ling Chen transmigrates to a world where demons and monsters have returned, becoming a Buddha statue enshrined in the Merit Hall of Tianlong Temple. He watches with his own eyes as a petty crook stuffs the ghost's death-money he found into the merit box in front of him, muttering, "If you find death-money, don't panic. Just let Buddha take him on!"

Ling Chen: "???"

"Ding! The Strongest Buddha System has successfully bound itself! Host has received a beginner's gift pack!"

"As the Buddha, your dignity cannot be challenged. Host, use the wrathful Vajra's methods to punish the one who dared to challenge you!"
