The Tenth Sirius: Visitors from the Black Hole

Perhaps Hou Yi shooting down the suns was more than a myth, and visitors from beyond the stars were more than a figment of the imagination. Perhaps Earth is the most biodiverse world in existence, which is why extraterrestrials covet it. But the Tianshui Star One craft, having flown through a black hole, accidentally crashes on Earth and loses all contact with its home planet. To survive, its crew allies with a mysterious force on Earth, helping protect a savior of the planet and keeping the coveters from acting rashly.

From Nüwa repairing the sky to Kua Fu chasing the sun, beautiful China is also home to the four auspicious beasts: the qilin, phoenix, tortoise, and dragon. Along with the Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermilion Bird, and Black Tortoise, these spirit beasts appear in the modern world and protect Earth in their own ways. As the crew of Tianshui Star One tries to send a message back to their home planet, they go from using Earthlings to being moved by them. And so an exquisite, tragic story unfolds in the mysterious land of China.

Are they human or divine, immortal or reborn? Is he the Azure Dragon or the White Tiger? He comes from ancient times. Are they human immortals or earth immortals, immortal or trapped in the cycle of reincarnation? Is she the Vermilion Bird or the Black Tortoise? She comes from another planet…
