The Human Emperor's Decree: All Beings of the Three Realms, Hear My Command!

A decree from the Human Emperor has arrived! To the Three Realms and Six Paths, the Four Seas and Nine Provinces, all the gods and Buddhas of the heavens, the demons of every domain, the billions of human beings, and all living creatures: receive this decree.

By the mandate of the Emperor, let it be proclaimed:

From this day forth, our human race shall fear no demons, respect no immortals, kneel to no gods or Buddhas, and worship no Heaven.

I am the Human Emperor, supreme ruler of the mortal realm. Gods and Buddhas must bow when they see me, and demons must kneel when they approach.

Where the Human Emperor leads, none shall dare disobey. All must show him respect!

Whoever dares defy this decree shall be hunted to the ends of Heaven and Earth and put to death!
