Doomsday Migration: Starting with an Expedition to the Scarlet Devil Mansion

"The will governing the Great Eluro Labyrinth World permits us to settle one million people in the labyrinth."

"The Lizardman tribe agrees to let fifty thousand of us enter their territory."

"Paul Greyrat, lord of Eina Village, agrees to take in around five thousand of our people."

"Whitebeard, in the New World of the Grand Line, agrees to hand over two large islands to us. According to our calculations, the two islands can accommodate a population of four hundred thousand."

"Isaac Netero, chairman of the Hunter Association, is willing to provide a remote mountain range as a place for people from our Earth to live."

Xia Ran listens to the various voices coming through his earpiece. They are all the agreed-upon migration quotas, settled after negotiations with the inhabitants of those other worlds.

Right at this moment!

"The will of the Gensokyo world has approved your request. For the specific number of people to be moved, contact the Barrier Team to confirm the quota."

"You have received Gensokyo's gift: a composite character skill card! Kasen Reimu!"
