Stepping on a Land Mine from the Start, Waiting 60 Hours for Rescue

Lin Yi is a soldier stationed in a war zone. He and his teammates accidentally wander into a minefield.

One by one, his teammates step on mines and are blown to pieces. Then Lin Yi steps on one too.

He manages to make a call on the satellite phone, only to learn that rescue won't arrive for another 60 hours. Lin Yi despairs.

Fortunately, the System awakens.

For every hour Lin Yi spends standing on the mine, he receives a reward.

At first, the rewards are just drinking water and food. Gradually, they become more and more outrageous...

Weapon assembly blueprints, a water recycling system, a mutant beast lure, super gene-enhancing drugs, even a technology lab bench, a wasteland toolbox, and a robotic dog...

When the 60 hours are finally up...

Lin Yi calls the rescue team:

"Don't bother coming. I'm planning to build a military base here..."
