In 2300, humans had begun to immigrate to other planets and divided the habitable land on the earth into fifty zones. In addition, all military strength areas are unified into the 51st area. These military areas have two main functions. One is to separate places suitable for human habitation from nuclear pollution to prevent people from straying into contaminated areas; the other is to repair the ecological environment of nuclear contaminated areas. By 2699, the global population has exceeded 100 million. Although there are fifty districts, some districts have only a few soldiers stationed and no residents.
