This is a collection of diaries written in poetry. It records my dark journey for a long time after I dropped out of high school.
Years later, I freely admit to my adolescent rebellion. I no longer cover up the hurt or hardship that my family of origin brought to my young mind. As a result, I have been working hard to adjust my psychology and smooth my emotions for many years.
Years later, I used this note to tell my friends: I admit the psychological problems I had. I came out on my own. I am no longer depressed. I laugh at myself for being stupid for cutting my wrists and swallowing pills. I would also like to tell many friends who are experiencing psychological suffering or depression: Our best psychiatrist is ourselves. Sometimes only you can save yourself. Please believe in yourself! Please love yourself.
