In Impel Down: The Suit-Wearing Thug of the Garp Family

After transmigrating to the world of One Piece, he becomes the younger brother of Dragon, leader of the revolutionaries.

Luo Ye, the son of the Navy hero Garp, became the strongest Marine of his generation at just sixteen. But after a shocking incident in which a Celestial Dragon was found dead, the World Government erased all traces of his existence, making him a taboo on par with the Poneglyphs!

Twenty years later, the Celestial Dragons' nightmare opens its eyes in the depths of Impel Down!

The Paramount War takes a turn because of Luo Ye's appearance.

Dragon: "One of the reasons we founded the Revolutionary Army was for my little brother. He once said this world doesn't need such a rotten Navy and World Government!"

Whitebeard: "Gurarara! I'm so glad I was born a few decades earlier. Otherwise, Luo Ye would have taken me and Roger out long ago. The title of Pirate King would be a joke!"

Vice Admiral Momousagi: "A candidate for admiral? No thanks, I don't care for that. I joined the Navy for Mr. Luo Ye."
