The Magical Girls Strike Back

After Chapter 9, the story turns into a wish-fulfillment power fantasy. The opening is extremely...*

Green Immortal Demon Island was a huge island in the middle of the sea. It was cut off from the outside world, not because its people wanted to retreat from society, but because the island was home to countless demon mages.

A few days earlier...

"What's that? It's so bright!" A beam of light shot down from the sky, seemingly a teleportation spell, and struck the southeastern part of Green Immortal Demon Island: Green Immortal Forest.

A delicate figure could be seen hiding among the lush trees. It was a girl in the bloom of youth. She seemed to have been through some massive battle and looked utterly exhausted, sleeping fitfully among the trees. Her clothes had been torn to shreds, nearly exposing her innocent, girlish body.

Kaxiu was also searching through the woods for a winding tree root to unlock his staff. Winding tree roots were a natural material found in forests. According to the only Level 100 mage in recorded history, they were the ideal material for a staff, thanks to their great hardness and resilience.
