I Stole the Dragon Throne from the Start, and the Emperor Caught Me

"Your Majesty, Crown Prince Zhu Biao has formed a faction, built up his own power, and slandered the government."

"He has also developed firearms, trained an army, established a private bank, and plotted a rebellion. We beg Your Majesty to investigate..."

At court, the censors and officials rose one after another, accusing Crown Prince Zhu Biao of a hundred crimes.

Zhu Yuanzhang's eyes suddenly blazed with anger. "Wait. What did you just say?"

"We beg Your Majesty to investigate..."

"No, the sentence before that."

"That he plotted a rebellion."

"Excellent! The boy has finally amounted to something."

"Does he have enough weapons? Has he trained his soldiers properly? Never mind, summon the Crown Prince to the palace at once. I want to hand him the throne right now!"

Meanwhile, Zhu Biao was still poring over the Great Ming Code, looking for crimes he had yet to commit.

"I hear the Japanese are fighting among themselves... Send a hundred thousand troops to beat them into submission. How much of a reward would I get for ruining relations between our countries?"
