Pokemon: Catching Zapdos from the Start

This is a parallel world where elves and humans coexist. Su Bai, a Champion-rank powerhouse, lost a great battle against Rayquaza and was reborn!

A blue-green dragon sleeps in the sky, while world-ending behemoths dwell across the land and oceans!

Having lived again, Su Bai wants to make up for the regrets of his previous life.

He planned to work hard and retrace the same path as before, but never expected to be bound to a Neuro-Pokemon System.

A starter gift pack gives him a Master Ball.

If I remember right, there's a silly yellow bird living in Thunder Mountain, isn't there?
