Great Tang: From the Start, I Took the Emperor to Bombard Chang'an

Zhang Chu transmigrates to the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and plans to stockpile supplies and flee to avoid the An Lushan Rebellion.

To his surprise, two old men suddenly show up at his manor and spend all day chatting with him.

"Sir, do you think the current emperor is incompetent?"

"Sir, do you have any more sweet potatoes? My family is large, and we don't have enough to eat."

"Sir, these are my household guards. Could you help me train them?"

"Sir, this gunpowder is far too powerful. I'm afraid it might hurt me... the soldiers in the ranks."

"Sir, I'll come clean. I'm Li Longji. Please help me retake Chang'an and restore the Great Tang!"
