Spiritual Qi Revival! Back to 2021

In the early 21st century, as the seal on the Age of Dharma Decline gradually weakens, spiritual energy surges across Earth. Alongside the spiritual qi revival, a zombie virus outbreak erupts in a Swiss scientific laboratory overseas. The zombies gradually develop intelligence, and infections begin appearing all over the world. Governments everywhere are thrown into chaos. Divine manifestations descend upon religions of all sizes across the globe, protecting the people in their regions. Calling themselves the Chosen of God, they recruit followers in droves and seek to control local governments by using religion as their foundation. In the lands of the Eastern Divine Continent, all kinds of ancient martial arts sects enter the world, while Buddhist temples and monasteries open their doors wide to seek those with a karmic connection to the Buddha. The four great Daoist mountains, Wudang, Longhu, Qingcheng, and Qiyun, simultaneously announce that anyone with a spiritual root may enter the Dao and practice cultivation.
