Journey to the West: From the Start, I Beat the Daylights Out of the Tathagata

Ding-dong! Sign-in successful. Reward: a sage’s cultivation.

The Tathagata says, “Amitabha Buddha. From now on, Supreme Treasure shall be the new leader of Buddhism.”

The Jade Emperor says, “Since its founding, Heaven has always been ruled by the worthy. Great Sage, you are a hundred times better than I am. I am willing to yield my position among the Four Emperors.”

Hongjun says, “I don’t want this broken Heavenly Dao anymore. You take over.”

Supreme Treasure wipes his staff and nods in satisfaction.
