Skyline: Outwitting the Villagers

Li found himself in the world of Cities: Skylines, and, would you believe it, he wasn't the only one who'd arrived.

With a city-building and management System at his disposal, Li set out to make things fun for everyone by getting up to all sorts of shady antics.

Is he simply a "simulated mayor"? Not at all. As events unfold, Li starts to sense that something is off.

A mayoral community with online multiplayer, real-world housing prices, and the "undisclosable" bankruptcy outcome mentioned by the AI "Sabi"...

He promptly forgot all about these concerns!

Welcome to a different kind of city: Cities: Skylines!
