Reborn as a Big Shot

A cold gust of wind jolted Lin Sheng awake. Goosebumps covered his body. Was the air conditioning in the train car set too low? Since it was early March, he had boarded the train wearing a short-sleeved shirt and a jacket. He hadn’t taken them off, and it seemed he had fallen asleep while sitting there as the train passed through a tunnel... Still groggy, Lin Sheng had been woken by the cold, but he didn’t open his eyes right away. That dream had been so long and so heavy that his thoughts were still a little muddled.

Wait! Lin Sheng felt like there was grass all around him. Was he sleeping in a field? Was it a dream? It had to be a dream! He’d been perfectly fine on the train, so how could he have ended up in a field? But Lin Sheng, who had grown up in the countryside, knew his senses weren’t wrong! He suddenly opened his eyes. It was pitch-black. He reached out and felt dry grass and thorns! He blinked, and stars twinkled in the sky.

This really seemed to be the wilderness. Otherwise, how could he see stars from inside a train?
