I'm a Navy Rear Admiral, but Actually I'm a Total Rookie

Ron transmigrates to the world of One Piece, where a great pirate inexplicably dies right in front of him.

In his confusion, he is mistaken for an incredibly powerful fighter and even appointed a Navy rear admiral.

Enemies he clearly can't beat inexplicably fall dead in front of him.

Though he's clearly a weakling, he's hailed as an incredibly powerful fighter, the Navy's Fourth Admiral!

"I swear I didn't do it!"

"I really didn't kill this guy!"

Looking at the enemies who have died one after another before him, Ron innocently explains to everyone that he's really just a weakling.
