Great Tang: My Daughters Have Kidnapped Li Er and Beg Me to Ascend the Throne

After transmigrating to the Tang Dynasty, Qin Yi and Li Xiuning faked her death and went into seclusion. In the ninth year of Wude, they learned that turmoil had broken out in Chang'an. Li Xiuning, recovering from an illness, looked at her two daughters and said, "Find a way to sneak down the mountain and get the princes to stop fighting. They should resolve things peacefully."

So Qin Yi and Li Xiuning's two daughters, one older and one younger, one skilled in martial arts and the other in strategy, went down the mountain.

Half a month later.

Elder daughter: "Mother, I've conquered Chang'an for Father. The Prince of Qin and the former emperor have both been captured!"

Younger daughter: "Father, Chang'an has fallen, and we've obtained the imperial edict. Please ascend the throne!"

Qin Yi, who had been inventing things in the mountains, was dumbfounded when they forced the imperial robes onto him. Li Xiuning was even more astonished.

Girls, your mother told you to stop the fighting. How did you end up making me empress instead?
