Great Tang: From the Start, I Nearly Lost My Head

After transmigrating as Li Ke, a son of Li Shimin of the Tang Dynasty, he had planned to make a few moves and wait until Li Chengqian was stripped of his position as crown prince. Then he would seize the throne from Li Zhi and become a carefree emperor.

But a few drinks got him into trouble. He was set up by the scheming Li Tai, framed on trumped-up charges, thrown into prison, and nearly beheaded...

Luckily, Consort Yang was desperate to save her son and threatened to take her own life. Only then did Li Shimin relent, changing the sentence from immediate execution to three years of military exile...

Half a month later

"Your Majesty, the Tufan Kingdom really has been turned upside down this time. The Prince of Wu turned it upside down!"

"Your Majesty, the Prince of Wu was driving a tank around for fun and accidentally crushed the King of Goguryeo to death."

"Your Majesty, the Prince of Wu was testing an Italian cannon on the plains and accidentally blasted a mounted khan to death!"

A bead of cold sweat slid down Li Shimin's face. "..."

Li Er said, "Guanyinbi, what do you think we should do?"
