The Grand Line: Obtaining the Cloud-Cloud Fruit from the Start

Rain transmigrates to the world of pirates and obtains a Devil Fruit Development System. From then on, he can develop countless Devil Fruit abilities for his own use...

Above the Kingdom of Alabasta, Rain awakens the White Cloud Devil Fruit ability. Clouds surge across a thousand miles, thunder roars without pause, and then a torrential downpour pours down like water from a basin...

Looking at the sheer scale of the rain, Crocodile says in despair, "Losing to him doesn't bother me in the slightest..."

At Enel's temple on Sky Island, Rain humbly presents him with an exquisite statue carved from Seastone. He tells Enel that it is the supreme treasure of the Blue Sea, a gift for the greatest god of Sky Island...

But when Enel takes the treasure in one hand, he asks in confusion, "Where did my divine power go?"

At that moment, Rain, standing across from Enel, thrusts a knife into his chest and says, "God your ass..."
