Zhang Yu got a sales rebate System. He receives a rebate whenever he chats with a client, but once they sign a contract, the rebates stop.
So his daily routine goes like this:
Client: "Zhang Yu, I'm free today. I'll come by later and sign the contract!"
Zhang Yu: "No rush. I don't think you've gotten a clear understanding of our houses yet!"
The client, looking thoroughly exasperated: "Other salespeople are thrilled when someone agrees to sign. Why do you keep putting it off?"
Zhang Yu thinks to himself: "Is signing really that important? Not at all. Once they sign, how am I supposed to make money?"
And so, in his pursuit of the System's money, he wanders further and further down the road of delaying his clients' contracts…

I also want such a system
I couldn't read the live broadcast when I saw it. Can't you write Feilu's urban novel without the live broadcast? (What should I do if I have money but no novel?)
