This Navy Officer Is Overpowered, Yet Absurdly Greedy

After transmigrating to the world of One Piece, Louis dreams of becoming an honorable, upright, incorruptible, and fiercely just Marine. But why won't anyone give him the chance?

It's not that he really likes Berries. He just can't resist when people keep bringing money to his door.

And, well, refusing it would feel kind of rude.

Sengoku: "Damn it! You've embezzled billions of Berries during your years as a Marine!"

Akainu: "Louis is undoubtedly the biggest parasite in the entire Marine force!"

The Five Elders: "Why is only half of the two billion in military funds that the World Government gave the Marines left?"

Louis sits comfortably in the admiral's office.

He smiles faintly as he looks over this year's embezzlement report.
