Starting as Hikari, Branded a Traitor to the Land of Light!

Shen Hui became Hikari, director of the Space Science and Technology Bureau in the Land of Light, from the start, and gained the Strongest Scientist System.

However, after the Ultra Capsules and Zeta Medals were stolen, an Alien Babalu disguised as Jack publicly accused Hikari of being a spy during a meeting.

So Shen Hui used a Plasma Revealer to force the Alien Babalu to show his true form. Then he brought out three Ultra Medals: Father of Ultra, Beyond Zero, and King of Ultra. Using the Zeta Riser, he transformed into King Form and soundly thrashed the Alien Babalu.

Afterward, Shen Hui used the Kamen Rider System to develop the Oma Armor. He also drew on his memories of the Super Sentai to build a giant Ultra Mech!

As time passed, the name of Shen Hui, the scientist with a cheat, spread throughout countless universes.
