Honghuang: Matchmaker, Please Stop Tying Your Own Red String

After transmigrating to the Primordial World and becoming the Old Man Under the Moon, with no divine abilities or magical power, I plan to muddle along until the War of the Liches ends. Then I'll go to the understaffed Heavenly Court, get myself a divine post, and live a life of luxury.

One day, Xihe suddenly descends from the sky and asks me to tie the red thread between her and Dijun.

I never imagined that, after countless years, my golden finger would finally activate at that very moment.

"Option One: Tie the red thread between Dijun and Xihe. Reward: one low-grade Innate Spiritual Treasure."

"Option Two: Reject Xihe. Reward: the body of a Great Shaman."

"Option Three: Tie the red thread between myself and Xihe. Reward: mid-stage Quasi-Saint cultivation."

From then on, the Primordial World has another fellow who keeps tying red threads for himself. Not a single goddess, from Nuwa to Houtu, escapes his attention.

Who knows how many years later, all the ancient gods and demons cry out in unison: "Please, Old Man Under the Moon, stop tying red threads for yourself!"

"Please leave some for us..."
