Wuxia: From the Start, I Fought My Way Out of Shaolin Temple

The world of martial arts is a colorful place.

Here, Zhang Sanfeng, the greatest martial artist under heaven, has not left Wudang in decades. There is the Eastern Cult Leader, whose Finger-Profound realm lets him kill Celestial Phenomena masters; the Sword God Ximen Chuixue, whose sword comes from the west; and Li Xunhuan, the top scholar whose flying knives never miss. There is also the quirky Huang Rong, the demonically clever Zhao Min, and the Divine Marquis Zhu Wushi, whose treachery is disguised as loyalty...

Heroes contend for supremacy, and great champions rise everywhere. Some say this is the best of times! Yet in a dungeon behind Shaolin Temple, a scholar firmly believes it is the worst of times!!

If there is no more injustice in the world, why would anyone need to carry a sword in a green robe, or rise up in righteous anger?

If the Nine Provinces were united and the land made whole, who would want to wander in exile or retreat into a monastery?

The martial-minded break the law with their fighting, and the scholars disrupt the law with their words! I am Li Xiuyuan. I have come into this martial world to destroy it!

Li Xiuyuan: "I set out into the martial world to establish a heart for Heaven and Earth, secure a future for the people, preserve the lost teachings of the sages, and bring peace to all under Heaven!"

We scholars...
