Kill one of his team's Raptors, and his game sense improves by 100%.

Kill his team's Red Buff, and his reaction speed improves by 100%.

Kill an enemy jungle monster, and his mechanics improve by 500% across the board.

While everyone else clears a wave and goes to help their teammates, he clears a wave and focuses on farming the jungle. He clears his own jungle, and if that isn't enough, he heads over to wander around the enemy jungle.

His jungler: "Bro, leave some for me! I'm already behind in levels."

The enemy jungler: "What the hell? Why is the whole jungle empty?"

The viewers: "Young man, that's not playing fair! Clearing your lane is one thing, but now you're stealing the enemy's jungle too. I suggest you watch your step!"
