What Should I Do If My Dad Opposes Wu Zhaoyi Becoming Empress?

Pei Qian transmigrated to the Tang Dynasty.

He had every book in the provincial library stored in his mind.

He had planned to use his knowledge of the future to get on Wu Zetian's good side first.

But he also discovered that his own father belonged to the faction of regents, and from the start was going to oppose Emperor Gaozong's decision to make Consort Wu empress.

Changsun Wuji: "I am the emperor's maternal uncle, appointed regent by the late emperor. Empress Wang was also chosen by the late emperor. Consort Wu cannot become empress."

Chu Suiliang: "Consort Wu was one of the late emperor's wives. If she becomes empress, the realm will descend into chaos."

Pei Qian's response: "Give it a rest, you old men. That woman isn't just going to become empress. She'll go on to become the first female emperor in history."
