From the Start: I Am Qin Shi Huang

Qin Shi Huang conquered the Six Kingdoms, using his supreme imperial energy to suppress their dragon energy and end the centuries of warfare that had engulfed the Warring States era. But when the Qin Dynasty fell, Liu Bang and Xiang Yu fought for supremacy. They divided the imperial energy between them, and Liu Bang eventually won after a grueling struggle. With almost none of the imperial energy left, the dragon energy of the Six Kingdoms broke free of its seal and threw the world into chaos. Heaven is benevolent, and the gods of the Warring States era decided to choose a person from the future to carry the last of the imperial energy and recover the ancient Nine Cauldrons, resealing the dragon energy and saving the people.
