Urban: The National Happiness System

Hong Yuan considers himself a very happy person. Though he is an orphan, though he has no money, and though he works long hours every day.

But he really is happy. Sometimes even a cup of instant noodles at night can make him feel happy. Even simply being alive is a kind of happiness.

"Are you happy?"

That was the question Hong Yuan often asked.

That is, until he got a System and was sent to another parallel world.

"Are you happy?" He still often asked that question, but deep down he was thinking, "I really am unhappy."

Hong Yuan is an exceedingly mysterious man. He made this world's Celestial Empire the happiest country in the world.
