I Am the Big Boss of the Hong Kong Cinema Universe!

Jiang Yu happened to read a novel set in the world of Hong Kong movies, and it completely enraged him.

The protagonist transmigrates into a Hong Kong movie world and acts like a complete idiot the whole way through. Damn it, he practically hands the women over, then has the nerve to call it respecting the original story. What a throwback to my youth.

If that's the case, why bother reading a novel? Why not just watch the movie?

Jiang Yu was so poisoned by it that he couldn't sleep all night.

When he woke up, what made him curse was that he'd become the novel's protagonist.

This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
