Akainu! Are You Trying to Tell Me What to Do?

Shura General!

The embodiment of absolute justice!

The Navy's greatest fighting force!

The guardian deity of the New World!

Heaped with countless honors...

But nobody knows that Luo Xiu is a transmigrator.

Unable to stand the Celestial Dragons' behavior, Luo En starts a huge fight and is demoted to the rank of captain in the Navy's East Blue Branch 5.

Shanks: The waters ahead are under Luo En's jurisdiction. Take down our Jolly Roger.

Dragon: We're not pirates, but we'd better keep a low profile around Luo En.

Garp: Luo En, you're the future of our Navy!

Then one day, as Luo En is trying to capture one of the Four Emperors, Shanks, in Windmill Village, Akainu calls him.

"Luo En, I order you to drop everything and go protect the Celestial Dragons!"

Luo En replies in a steady voice, "Akainu! Are you telling me what to do?"
