Urban: From the Start, My Red Envelopes Double

Novels all have flaws, it's just a question of how many. The comments all say: Send ** to people you don't know well, but don't send it to your own family and relatives. But I just want to ask why I can't see coherently? Will this pass the review?

Comments on the chapter 008 Zhang Ziqian, I am not her boyfriend, written by Ye Linglong in "City: The red envelope will be doubled at the beginning".

Why not send it to yourself? Isn't this safer? Doesn't sending it to ** mean giving money to others?
