Starship Civilization: "You will never escape the planet!"

Chen Ling pilots the Spear of Adun and stops outside the home star of the Starship Civilization. "Thank you for imposing your blockade. It let us develop psionic technology on an Earth with nothing. So, to repay you, here's a blast from our planet-buster!!!"

The Spear of Adun's main cannon charges. A massive beam appears twenty light-years from the Starship Civilization's home star, then strikes the planet Alant. The beam pierces Alant's mantle, leaving the entire planet covered in cracks. Red lava spreads across its surface. After the Spear of Adun warps away, Alant explodes.
