Marvel: A Scholar’s Life Begins in the War of Resistance

After transmigrating into the Marvel Universe of 1939, Chen Qi sets himself a few modest goals:

First: Return to China and build an arms factory, aiming to drive the Japanese invaders back home within three years.

Second: Build ten atomic bombs in 1945 and set off fireworks over Japan.

Third: Build China's first satellite in 1957 and send it into space!

Fourth: Bring about reform and opening up in 1978, and flood the world with Chinese-made goods.

Fifth: Solve the new energy problem in 1999 and mass-produce Gundams.

Sixth: ...

Chen Qi looks at his list of plans and feels a headache coming on. There just isn't enough time. He still has to work on superhuman genetic engineering, quantum engineering, virtual intelligence, planetary terraforming, spacetime conversion, dimensionality reduction attacks, major cosmic development projects, and much more…

Years later, Thanos arrives on Earth.

"Dad, sorry. I came to the wrong door..."
