Shipgirls: Building a Fleet Got Me Naruto

This is a world where admirals are in short supply. Shipgirls can use a construction device and pour in resources to build admirals from another world.

Xia Qiu, a transmigrator who had already conquered the Naruto world, was inexplicably built by Bismarck.

While other naval bases were struggling to deal with the Abyssals, their admiral had already made it all the way to the Abyssals' home!

P.S. The idea of building an admiral comes from a shipgirl novel I read who knows how long ago. I thought it was pretty interesting, so I decided to use it. This is a new book, so please bear with me.

This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to actual people or events is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
