The Landlord Who Started in Konoha

Tsunade: "Landlord, I want you to put my face on the Hokage Rock."

Chen Chuan: "Sorry, once a place is rented out, renovations are prohibited."

Tsunade: "I'll throw in a Hinata."

Chen Chuan: "Sorry, I'm an honest man! I'll never be tempted by beauty!"

Tsunade: "I'll add Shizune too!"

Chen Chuan: "Uh, add Ino as well, and I'll approve it right away!"

Tsunade: "Deal!"

Chen Chuan was dressed as a Hokage when he obtained the Landlord System. Each week, he could draw an item and borrow the power of his tenants.

System: "Host, please choose your starting territory."

"Since I can borrow my tenants' powers, I'll choose the moon!"

System: …

System: Can I refuse?
