I am a veteran, now 100 years old. I personally experienced the Second World War that changed human history. As a veteran, my experience was very special. I have experienced both the Chinese battlefield and the European battlefield. Japan, Italy, Germany. I have fought against all of these countries. Thinking back on my war experience, I thought, if it hadn't been for the war, I wouldn't be here. But now, I desperately hope that there will be no more wars in the world. Even if my life is coming to an end, I still hope that the world will remain peaceful forever. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
