Journey to the West: I Don't Want to Be a Good Immortal

Qin Zhao's soul transmigrated to the world of Journey to the West, where he became the Celestial Court's Immortal Lord of Laws. He inherited everything from the original owner, except his memories.

Legend had it that the Immortal Lord of Laws was cold-blooded and impartial. With no other choice, Qin Zhao began "playing the part" so no one would see through him. But then...

Yang Chan: "The Immortal Lord of Laws isn't as cold as the legends claim. On the contrary, he has a kinder heart than anyone."

Sun Wukong: "There's no one in the Celestial Court I respect, except the Immortal Lord of Laws. He bore centuries upon centuries of infamy all alone, just to protect the pure land in his heart!"

Nezha: "Perhaps we really were wrong. He... is a good immortal."

Qin Zhao: "I'm not! I didn't! You're imagining things! I don't want to be a good immortal!"
