Global Wandering Starts from Zero

In March 2030, primordial matter burst out from Earth's core. In April, Venezuela's oil-backed cryptocurrency, which had been issued for 12 years, officially collapsed.

That October, most of Japan's ** Island was submerged. In December, a global summit launched the Noah's Ark Salvation Plan.

After four years and the efforts of the entire world, four main arks and several thousand smaller vessels were finally built. They were named after the four great continents. Yet even all the vessels combined covered less than one ten-thousandth of Earth's surface. Even with a boom in technology and artificial intelligence, the amount of land where humans could live was shrinking without limit.

The following year, humanity officially entered the age of interstellar wandering, while those unwilling to leave remained behind on an ever-dwindling Earth.
