Open the Door to Good Fortune

He was Xiaoqiang, the man in The Old Village Graveyard who was killed when a steel pipe pierced his throat. He was also the pickpocket Three Hands in The Devil Is One Step Ahead, whose soul was sucked out by a man-demon. He was just another cannon-fodder extra in countless supernatural movies.

When death came for him, he didn't hesitate to open the extra door that had appeared in his room. From then on, he struggled to survive in one terrifying movie world after another. All he wanted was to stay alive in a reality even more terrifying than those movie worlds.

When supernatural disasters erupt across the world and there is nowhere left to run, don't trust human nature. In the face of death, every noble quality can be trampled into the dirt and rendered worthless. The only person you can trust, the only one you can rely on, is yourself.
