Journey to the West: Cut! Jade Emperor, Your Acting Is Terrible

The Journey to the West was nothing but a play staged by Heaven and the West.

One day.

Sun Wukong stormed Heaven and wreaked Havoc in Heaven. None of the celestial beings could stand against him, and he was determined to smash the Jade Emperor's Lingxiao Palace to pieces.

"I am the Great Sage Equal to Heaven Sun Wukong! Kneel and submit, all of you!"

According to the script, the Jade Emperor was supposed to hide beneath his desk and shout, "Quick, go fetch Tathagata Buddha!"

But then a Diamond-Banded Mace appeared.

Everything changed.

A sharp, crisp "Snap!"

"Jade Emperor, your acting is terrible. Let's do that again..."

The Jade Emperor gave a bitter smile. "We can only perform this scene once. How do you expect me to go on?"

And most importantly, how is Tathagata supposed to make his entrance?

Waiting for an answer online. This is urgent.
