In the Apocalypse: Infinite Death Regressions

The apocalypse descends, and civilization is destroyed!

To withstand the disaster, humanity builds its last city-state, named Hope.

Some people survive, and they name the era after Hope, calling it the Age of Hope.

Chen Yu returns to the time before the apocalypse.

He decides to destroy humanity's last hope.

He will build a city-state of his own: Despair.

He establishes three iron laws: the incompetent will be executed, the do-gooders will be executed, and anyone who refuses to pledge allegiance... will be executed!
